There are no returns on any pool cleaners, chemicals, heaters, or heat pumps for any reason. Warranty issues will be handled by the manufacturer.
All products sold at DubaiPoolStore.com come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the event you feel you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Please contact us by e-mail if you require assistance.
All items ordered will be shipped within 48 hours if in stock. If the item is not in stock you will be notified of the expected shipment date. Items are shipped by FedEx and UPS ground and take 7-15 working days to arrive except large items like heaters, heat pumps, and large filers which are shipped by freight companies. An indirect signature is required at delivery for items over $100. in value. Thank You.

The Dubai Pool Store does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. The Dubai Pool Store expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is damaged in shipping only.
There are no returns on pool heaters, heat pumps, or any pool cleaner! Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt by you. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via e-mail giving us the order date and item number and we will respond by the next 2 business days with an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. No item will be accepted for return without this number. We will indicate where the item should be shipped to, freight prepaid. Items for return must be UNUSED, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We can not accept for return electrical items that are not in their sealed containers. Chemicals, paint, and special order items are not returnable. Items which are drop-shipped from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.
Returned items and refused items are subject to a 15% percent restocking charge and all shipping charges. Defective or warranty items are treated as warranty claims, not as a returns. Orders refused at the time of receipt are subject to freight charges both ways.
